Appointments
We see patients of all ages, by appointment only.

Some procedures require longer appointments and must be performed during school and work hours.
Most appointments last 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Please ask us how long your visit will take.
A referral slip ( PDF File) must accompany the patient. Please have your office or patient call to book an appointment so we can provide the correct diagnostic procedure requested.
